       We believe in an elder form of church government. This refers to a plurality of elders chosen from the body who rule and have the responsibility to lead, feed, care for and protect the body.  Heb.13:17, 1+2 Tim., Titus,

       We believe that there is a pattern that can be clearly seen in the N.T. which originated from the O.T. and thus is consistent throughout all Scripture.  The pattern?  A plurality of elder leadership.  Acts 14:23, 20:17, 1Tim.5:17, Titus 1:5, Js.5:14, 1Pt.5:1
